Cancellation Policy

At KORAA, we strive to create the best experience for all participants in our programs and leagues. We also understand that life can be unpredictable, so we’ve developed a cancellation policy that balances fairness with the operational needs of our events.

  1. Refunds and Replacements

    • Once registration is confirmed, refunds are not available unless a replacement is provided by the participant.

    • If you’re unable to participate, we encourage you to find a replacement and share their details with us as soon as possible for approval.

  2. Replacements After Jersey Orders

    • If a replacement is found after jerseys have been ordered (usually within three weeks of the league’s start date), a refund will be issued minus the cost of the jersey.

    • Since jerseys are customized and ordered in advance, their cost is non-refundable.

  3. Medical Emergencies

    • In the case of medical emergencies, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

    • If a refund is approved, the jersey cost may still be deducted if it has already been ordered.

    • We may kindly ask for supporting documentation, such as a doctor’s note, to assist in processing these requests.

  4. Missed Sessions

    • Please note that refunds cannot be issued for missed sessions due to personal scheduling conflicts, travel, or non-emergency reasons.

  5. Notification Process

    • To ensure a smooth process, we ask that you notify KORAA as soon as possible about any cancellations or replacement arrangements. Prompt communication helps us provide the best support for everyone involved.
